OUR HISTORY
Starting from a 14,000 square foot greenhouse in Beamsville Ontario, Westbrook Greenhouses currently consists of over 1 million combined square feet of greenhouse and warehouse space. Throughout our history we’ve grown an array of potted plants tailored to the ever-changing desire of the North American consumers.
Looking for something new to bring to the market, under the visionary guidance of our founder Bill Vermeer, in 1984 we received our first ‘Mini Rose’ stock plants. They were carefully managed and scaled to create the foundation of our current Mini Rose production and expansion of our greenhouse area.
Today, Westbrook Greenhouses is a leader in growing and supplying Mini Roses to Mass market retailers, which are enhanced by our other core crops of Kalanchoe, African Violets and Tropical Foliage.
